SEA-LECT Plastics entered the paddle sports market in 2011 under the SEA-LECT Designs brand. Partnering on an idea from Eddyline Kayaks in 2004, SEA-LECT developed the now patented kayak foot brace. It was new, and it was 100% functional for every customer. The innovative foot brace design started selling right away to kayak manufacturers throughout North America and Europe. In the following years, more products followed every year and SEA-LECT Designs has stayed true to the mission of Engineering Innovations for the Outdoor Enthusiast.
