VP & General Manager
Matt took over the reins at Sea-Lect Plastics Corporation as VP/General Manager in 1999. You want to talk to him in all aspects of Injection Molding & Tooling. His specialty is Product Design, Engineering, Prototypes and Pricing for Molds and Production.

Matt was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany. He moved to Everett, WA after finishing his BA in Business in 1995 to work for SEA-DOG Corporation. Matt has a passion for apprenticeship programs and believes that skill training needs to start in middle schools. He supports CTE advisory boards and serves on the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC) advisory board.Outside of work, you can find Matt and his Wife Wendy at the Gym, on the obstacle course, or supporting the local arts community.

Operations Manager
Darren has been in the Plastics Industry for over 30 years. He started at SEA-LECT Plastics in 2010 as Shop Foreman. Darren’s Leadership and communication skills are an important asset and the key for our smooth operation.

Darren makes the daily challenges of supervising the production crew, adapting to schedule changes, and always keeping the customer happy look easy. His strong knowledge of all aspects of plastics manufacturing enable him to analyze and problem solve quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile.
Outside of SEA-LECT, he runs his own business of plastics assembly and still finds time for camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Charlotte joined our team in 2012 bringing with her 20+ years of experience in purchasing and planning. She will be the first voice you hear when you call.

Charlotte enters orders and works directly with our Shop Foreman to schedule production and meet customer needs. While working with suppliers she ensures material requirement are fulfilled as needed.
Charlotte brings value and integrity to our team by focusing on building strong partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and other team members at SEA-LECT. If you have questions about your order, need to pay an invoice, or have any questions in general, this is the person to ask. If she does not have the answer she will find you someone that will.
Charlotte and her husband Joe have three grown children. They enjoy camping, hiking, biking and are big fans of the Seahawks, Mariners and Nascar! She also enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with family.

Starting out as a Molding Machine Attendant, Lisa learned all the intricacies of plastic part production from ground zero. She is also our No.1 Trainer for new employees and Lead Inspector.

Shop Foreman
Ronnie is the Shop Foreman at SEA-LECT. He oversees all aspects of our injection molding operation. Ronnie’s understanding of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, plastics processes, and how the shop operates are essential of keeping SEA-LECT Plastics production on schedule, and equipment running efficiently and reliable.

He started at Sea-Lect Plastics in 2009 and began his Plastics career as a material handler, quickly learning all the processes to material blending and drying. After being in materials for a year he wanted to expand his knowledge, so he went to machine set up and set down. While learning set ups he also started learning how to process the machines. In 2011 Ronnie became a Process Technician and was soaking in as much on the job training as possible, which led to the Lead-Process Technician position and mentor in 2015.
Throughout his professional career he has been passionate about working on machines and equipment. In his free time he enjoys working on cars and camping.

Principal Mold Maker, Foreman Tool & Die
Starting out as an apprentice right after High School, Rob accumulated all his skills and expertise over many decades in the trade. He has a passion for perfection and can be trusted with any task in the Tool & Die Shop. His vast experience and knowledge enable him to be the mentor of our Mold Maker Apprentices and a Teacher for the WA state Tool & Die Maker apprenticeship program through AJAC.

Maintenance Technician
Aaron makes sure that all injection molding machines are up and running and that all the equipment is maintained and ready for production. Planning pro-active preventive maintenance, assisting with solving urgent issues when they arise and making sure the everyday challenges are taken care of.
Aaron has recently joined the SEA-LECT family. His background in parts acquisition, automotive and industrial equipment repair has become an asset to keeping production running smoothly.
